Who Are We

In 1989 Doren started a design company, TransVisions, which in 1994 eventually led him to his local newspaper, the Herald-Standard, as an ad designer. He was the sole creative force behind developing Calkin Media's first website and became the Herald-Standard's Internet Coordinator in 1999. He helped design and create multimedia for their website and the emerging Herald-Standard Television station. He became the chief graphic designer for HSTV and all of its television and Internet endeavors as it morphed into a media company. In 2008 he joined Wesley in forming Striped Shirt Media where he currently resides. Doren loves his wife, Paula, the Beatles, mustangs, golfing, music, movies, and his Pugs; R.I.P. MoJo, Rock on my little man!

Todd started his career working part-time at a small radio station in New York; he studied communications at the local community college before finishing his bachelor's degree in Buffalo. Upon Graduating in 2001, he expanded his skills to include web design and programming as the Internet revolution exploded. Todd moved to Pennsylvania in 2003 where he worked as a web designer. He was hired by Striped Shirt Media in 2007 and worked as a producer, videographer & editor for HSTV (Herald-Standard Television) in Uniontown. Since then, he has worn many hats as a media producer; creating engaging video products and developing countless web projects. Todd enjoys the Statler Brothers, playing acoustic guitar, woodworking and is a member of USADiving.org.
